Welcome to the AVDCLO PM CHAT APP (the “App”). These User Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the App.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
3. Scope of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to use the App to:

- Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

5. Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information from users. We do not show ads.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Google Login to allow users to log in to the App. When you log in with Google, Google will provide us with your name and email address. We use this information to identify you and create an account for you in the App.
We also use Google Analytics to collect data about how users use the App. This data is anonymous and does not include any personal information. We use this data to improve the App and make it more user-friendly.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nederland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nederland.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the App. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between us with respect to the App are hereby superseded by these Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms.
